Hi, I am getting a 1gb stick of RAM for Christmas, and I was wondering which of these two is better. I don't know which one, but they are stated below. They are both Kingston, which I believe is a good brand from what I've heard. Here is the link to the website of my motherboard. http://www.msicomputer.com/product/p_spec.asp?model=KM4M-V&class=mb

In your reply, please post the link of which RAM is better to make it easier, thanks.

The 333mhz ram is faster but it will all depend on what speed ram your pc has in it already unless you plan to replace it completely.

Do you know what ram speeds your mobo supports?

You should never ever mix different ram speeds unless you really want an unstable pc.
