White/Red/Blue Lines flickering and other problems

    on my 26" samsung LCD tv, which i use as a moniter.. when i move things around those white boxes in the screenshot appear, it seems as if the screen is ripping apart... also white/red/blue lines keep flickering all over the place on the monitor, especially on dark colours... whats wrong?

    Try taking your Graphics Card out if possible, if it works when you take that out then get it replaced either if its under warranty or buying a new one.

    If that doesn't solve the problem try using a different Monitor, if this Monitor works then obviously get your Monitor replaced by Samsung
