Why there isn't any sound when drivers are installed

Hello family
I have a small problem here, I have successfully installed windows 7 Ultimate on my ASrock pc, it happens that all the audio drivers are automatically installed as I have viewed in the device manager, the only headache I have is that ther is no sound whn I play music..

You will have to manually install the audio drivers before you will have sound regardless of what you feel the device manager is showing. Windows does not automatically install audio drivers in my experience. The fact that you don't have sound bears that out.
