Why You Shouldn’t Use Your Web Browser’s Password Manager

If your 'password manager' is on your hard drive, and your hard drive crashes & burns, guess how this story ends? If you do hard drive clone backups, or the password manager is cloud-based, it might be a good idea...otherwise, keep all that stuff written down in a 3-ring binder.
 
I trust no password managers at this point
So you use a unique, 16-32 character password of randomly generated letters, numbers and special characters for each web service from Techspot to Amazon in a handwritten notebook which you keep in a locked drawer in your desk?
