I'm sorry but I know hardly anything about technology so please use simple terms for me
my laptop was working completely fine until I turned it on last Thursday night and suddenly I have no wifi connection. it is not showing my homes wifi or anyone elses as a connection. I can still connect on my phone as can my family on their laptops and phones. it does work when I am connected with the Ethernet cable but as soon as that is pulled out, the connection is lost again.
I have called our local computer shop & explained it to them & they said they will fix it for $120 - $140.
I was hoping there was a way I could fix it myself!
if anyone could help, I would appreciate it very much!!
