As you all know Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion is coming out Monday :giddy: And I should be getting my graphicscard from newwegg anytime. I took the test and with the new card I should be able to run it. But I want YOUR opinion on HOW it will run. Specs:
    Windows XPService Pack 2
    2 sticks 512MB SDRAM
    AMD Athlon XP 3200+
    160GB HD
    eVGA GeForce 6600 256MB AGP

    Thanks for any comments

I guess it will run okay, but I think you should upgrade your processor along with a motherboard unless you're waiting for AM2. Video card is excellent.

Yeah I kind of thought my processor would be alittle under the recommendations. But as long as it runs it im ok.

Everything about your system meets the minimum requirements and the 6600 and gig of RAM in particular should give you good performance. your processor is just about fast enough but is easily the weakest component here but all in all it should run ok.

    Good luck with it

i think the video card is the weak point.
But im just speculating, that game should run fine.

The radiant AI is going to be killer on any CPU, but should hold up ok.

I can wait until this comes out. I hope its at least as good as TES III
