1. Bobbye Helper on the Fringe

   Event Error 1002, Source Application Error, Firefox/npswf32.dll:
   
   The Flash plug-in is causing the Firefox problems:

   I can't pinpoint the hungapp error but see if disabling Flash resolved this also.
