Solved Win32-dns changer-zz issue @ startup

Ok this has been happening for the past two weeks now.

Every time I start up the computer, I get my antivirus popping up, alerting me of a malware name Win32:DNSChanger-ZZ[Trj], with its filename constantly changing each time. I also get a box asking me on how to open up a mystery file. (see attached)

I trired System Restore, and it fails. I thought my Avast got rid of it...no such luck.

HEEEELLLP!!!!

soooo....in response now. I ran Malwarebytes annnnd it seemed to work. will keep u guys posted ;)
 
Running Malwarebytes alone will not resolve the issue. Please leave the log from Mbam and the other programs.
