Window opening at startup

Since I upgraded to a new version of my ISP, I now have a window that's related to that setup that opens on my desktop everytime I start my comp. How can I keep this from happening?

Start button, run, type "msconfig" without the speechmarks, click the startup tab and see if you can find the bit of software and take the tick out and reboot.

If your isp wont work after the reboot, do it all again and put the tick back in!!!!
