Windows 10: How to See Every CMD Execution on My Windows 10 Instance

I have been noticing that what appears to be a CMD window is popping up and going away on my Windows 10 machine. This is sort of concerning and want to track it down. Is there a way to see what is making this window pop up and execute? Thank you for any guidance that you can provide.
