Windows 11 review round-up: Better than Windows 10, but still a work in progress

Still cannot group apps in the start menu.... this alone is a big fail from a productivity standpoint for me... I just don't use my computer (with which I use for work) the same way I use my phone. -- Hell, even my phone can group apps!!! - lol

Other companies "listen" to their customers, including Apple, why is microsoft moving against the current and closing its ears and just doing what they want?

Most reviews since the beta builds listed the same issues, the same changes that are "NOT" welcome, yet microsoft went ahead and released it as is....

"This version of Windows marks a major hardware transition, with Microsoft drawing a firm line in the silicon and declaring that the majority of current CPUs will be obsolete when Windows 10 support expires in October 2025"
How the f...k can such a declaration be considered sane? Planned obsolescence of CURRENT CPU's in only 4 years from now? FOUR YEARS!
CPU's are supported going back four years, so by 2025 they will be ~8 year old CPU's.

The return of rounded corners is the only positive I see so far. It adds distinction to visual elements and makes overlapping windows easier to tell apart in a monochromatic "modern" aesthetic. Also, when I tried Win11 a little while back I was able to shift the taskbar items to the left, I.e. their normal starting point. Can't remember exactly where its hidden, unfortunately. I might have Duckducked it it.

Tried it. Used for the better part of a say on my Ryzen TR 3970X system and reverted back to Windows 10 by the end of the day. Better than Windows 10? I Don't Think So! I mean seriously with all the usability misses in that OS compared to Windows 10, I would not call it "Better" or even "As good as". To me it is just another Windows ME/Vista/and Win 8.0, and we all know how hated those releases were.

Better than 10 like 10 was better than 7? So the more totalitarian an OS becomes the better it becomes?
