Windows 2000 SP1 system reboots with bugcheck 0Z41

I currently have a system rebooting at least once a week with the current bugcheck error.

"the description for Event ID [1001] in source {Save Dump} could not be found. It contains the following insertion string(s): 0X0000041 (0X00001000, 0X000074c7, 0X00000b34, 0X00031cd9)

Has anyone experience this problem before and what was the resolution
