Windows 7 blue screen

I've come across a blue screen which happens about every 2 or 3 days out of the blue with no obvious cause.

heres a summary of my hardware on my laptop. i should say the last time the blue screen happened i had nothing plugged into my laptop at all and the only program running was solitaire which i was half way through a game!
