Windows cant start missing system file ?

  1. I have a nother PC that has windows 2000. I get a windows cant start missing system file ?

    I am taking a stab in the dark when I guess that you didnt take momok's advice in your other post here. It may be helpful for you to read the post by momok, and go the the links attached and read each. I bet you would get more help if you did so.

    You likely have a bad drive, or a corrupted Windows install.
