Any of you people know why windows would reboot continuously during setup? It will load all of the files and the moment it starts to load windows, the whole thing reboots. Sometimes I get a loud weird noise from the computer when it reboots. I'm not sure why it is doing this. The harddrive is new.

I had a similar issue while installing Windows, however there was no loud noise. It turns out that I had faulty RAM. Try testing your RAM in another computer. If you can't, disable the Quick Boot (or similar) feature on your motherboard to force it to check the RAM. Hope this helps!
