Windows Explorer has stopped working..

Hello,

I posted this in the OS section as i'm certain it's a Vista problem. Every so often, however not often enough to cause major problem, when I try and do something with my OS (Right click in Documents folder or open Control Panel etc) I get an error message reading
"Windows Explorer has stopped working, Please wait whilst Windows resolves the problem". I have absolutely no idea to why this should happen.

My specs:

ASUS P6t SE Motherboard
Vista Basic 64-bit
Core i7 920 @ 2.67GHz
3GB RAM
Nvidia GTX 295 1789MB
