Windows installer error

    Hi all...

    I have a trojandownloader.xs problem that has really messed up my laptop (inspiron 9300).

    I tried a trojan removal software and it's done even more damage... Intel proset won't work... and more sothan that, everything I am to install and run to remove the trojan produces an error.. "windows installer must be installed"

    Tried a repair intall of windows... that at least fix the USB port.

    Well, I've tried to install the INSTALLER, but this this error: "setup could not verify the integrity of the file UPDATE.INF. Make sure the Cryptographic service is running"

    Where do I go from here?
