There is a link to instructions. I am however advising to just buy an Android phone. You can get one cheap enough and it will likely have better specs.

Edit:
After reading through the article. Putting Android on a Windows Phone will not be able to make calls or use Bluetooth. That to me is the definition of a dead phone.
