Windows XP/7 Dual-boot system

So, I read the Tutorial that's on here and I can't figure out how to burn the Partitioning software onto a CD properly. Do I just Mount/Burn the .ISO file or is there more steps to doing it?

An ISO to burn a partition?
Don't you just create the paritions first?

Nevermind, I got it all working, Windows 7 isn't too bad, lol. =D
