I have used 'CCleaner' for many years, it works well for me.
As an alternative, 'Glarysoft utilities'
These are both free downloads.

You can't beat CCleaner as a good cleaner.

I'm not sure...CCleaner should be enough really. There are alot of alternatives around but i can't really see any of them being any "better".
