Windows XP crashes with error code: 40000080

    Hi all
    Sorry for my english.
    my computer restarts couple times a day and after i reboot computer i can see error in event viewer:

    Error code 40000080, parameter1 899b2130, parameter2 898f0e68, parameter3 bace3f98, parameter4 00000001.


    After i looked at some forums about this issue i figure out it can be a driver issue, or am i wrong?
    Please if you can help me it would be nice.

    All four have crashed at FlrnDTM.sys, which is a Flarion USB Nic Driver. See if you can update it.

    BugCheck 40000080, {89a24350, 8989a058, bace3f98, 1}
    Probably caused by : FlrnDTM.sys ( FlrnDTM+1b4c )
