    Hey all,
    I tried to debug this problem on my own but got stuck when I couldn't find anymore information in regards to what might be causing the BSOD.

    Here is the output from the debugger:

    *******************************************************************************
    * *
    * Bugcheck Analysis *
    * *
    *******************************************************************************

    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

    BugCheck 50, {fffffadf68e226b0, 8, fffffadf68e226b0, 0}

    Could not read faulting driver name
    Probably caused by : ksthunk.sys ( ksthunk!CKSThunkDevice::DispatchIoctl+52 )

    I'm running Windows XP Pro x64 Edition. Does anyone have an idea where I can go from this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Oh, if you need me to send the minidump file, please let me know and I'll zip it up for you. Thanks for any help.

    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

    From what I can gather, ksthunk.sys, is related to scanner drivers etc.

    Do a google search for ksthunk.sys, for further info.

    Apparently this is an issue with Windows 64bit OS/drivers.
