   hello, whenever i have a problem. whenever i try to turn off my computer, it freezes and now shutting down computer screen.
   i thought this was an error in the video card as the display kept showing, but even with a new graphics card . it will won't shut down. please help me
   
   problem:: when shutting down comp. it freezes at the blue screen that says now shutting down.
