Wireless Capability keeps turning off

I have an asus laptop and yestarday I restored it back a few hours becase I deleted a program but now my wireless capability keeps turning off... I tried uninstalling Wireless Console 3 and that did not work..

Make sure there is only one WiFi listed in the Device Manager.
Try uninstalling the WiFi driver but don't delete it
Reboot the PC
On the WiFi Router do a power recycle (power off then power on wait 3 mins)
