Who set up the system in the first place?

"Can't get to work" is not very helpful either. "Can't" can mean anything from your inability to double-click with a mouse to some complex driver conflict..

    Sorry,
I set it up. It was working yesterday and then it quit. I have no clue why.

    Thanks

Yes. If you set it up, maybe there was some mistake somewhere. Read the router manual about how to do a factory reset and start over.

Also, make sure you set up wireless encryption with a good password and change the router admin password. Maybe someone found your unencrypted(?) network and decided to play a prank on you..

Actually, I went to gateway.2wre.com and looked around. I clicked something and now it works.
