I have an older gateway pc that I'd rather not replace. I want to get it on the internet for my daughter. Is there a wireless usb adapter that would work?

If not, is there pci card that is wired that I could use?

    Thanks.

Sure in both cases. What router do you have? I'd buy a wired or wireless card or usb adapter the same brand as your router just to avoid any compatibility issues.

*EDIT* OH Win 98 makes the purchase a little harder. /*EDIT*

I'd stick with a wired product for Win98 because I don't think the best wireless encryption schemes work with Win98.

I only listed those products so you could see whats available and those products list Windows 98SE as compatible software. I'm sure there are other recommended products.
