Have any of you guys used this site before to order stuff?

I was just wondering if you had any bad/good (hopefully good) customer service stories.

In other words anyone know if they are a reliable, helpful company to order from?

Well I haven't used them myself, since they are not in the UK and all , but resellerratings gives them quite a high rating
