Windows 10 comes with a driver for Xbox One Controllers. All you'll need to do is to connect your Controller with the PC (through a regular USB cable).Older Windows usually need a download but Xbox Controllers work fine with them too. The only place where they'll act funny is if you're using an emulator to play games.
