Hi there, can anyone help me with a problem one of my users is experiencing. He is intermitently getting a BSOD. I've attached the mini.dmp but have no idea how to open it or what to look for. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

    Your error is 0x50: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

Requested data was not in memory. An invalid system memory address was referenced. Defective memory (including main memory, L2 RAM cache, video RAM) or incompatible software (including remote control and antivirus software) might cause this Stop message, as may other hardware problems (e.g., incorrect SCSI termination or a flawed PCI card).

So, first run Memtest on yor RAM for a minimum of 7 passes (there are 8 indivdual tests per one full pass). If there are any errors recorded you have defective memory. This takes a long time so do what many people do and start the test before they go to bed and let it run over night and check it thew next day.

www.memtest.org It is free and free of malware.
