XP Pro Install Problems

Hi, yesterday I was getting the NTLDR is missing error, so I justed nuked my hard drives. When I restarted the computer it said Disk Boot Error insert cd. Which I did, I installed windows on both of my HDD, however whenever I restart the computer it says the same Disk boot error. Any ideas?

The motherboard's bios is not finding Hard Drive, you may need to check (and refit) the cables, then test again.
So Windows did install?
