Xp reboots when using internet, please check

  1. Here is the case.When i am using the internet my pc reboots.I know from searching around here to check the manage in the drop down menu on "my computer" so i did./system tools/event viewer/system. There is error.Here is what is written there:

    the descritpiong: Error code 100000d1, parameter1 fffffffc, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 ba604bea.

    It happens only when i am using internet.If any more information is needed please note that you need something.I tried to reinstall the windows but the problems is here.All drivers are installed.

    Here are system specs:

    CPU: amd athlon64x2 3800+ dual core
    MB: Epox af550pro
    hdd: Hitachi 160 gb ,serialata 2 ,7200 ,8192k
    ram: pqi 1gb ddr-2 800mgz (2x)
    vga: gf g7950gt 512mb

    See if you can update slnt.sys, which is a Silan 10/100M Network Driver.

    BugCheck 100000D1, {fffffffc, 2, 0, ba604bea}
    Probably caused by : slnt.sys ( slnt+aae )

    THank you for the information.It seems i cant find place to download an update where i must not pay,since i dont have oportunity to pay via internet.
