XP Workgroup and Password/Login

    I have a closed network using an XP workgroup and don't understand why when I access some stations I need to login (which is what I want) while others let me access the station without any type of prompt to enter a username or password. I thought that I had set-up each station the same - so how can I get things setup so you have to login to each station being accessed?
