YouTuber convinces people that drilling a hole in their iPhone 7 will reveal hidden headphone jack

The thing is... anymore, that people think it's funny and they ACT like they drilled a hole in their device. lol?

I do believe guys, that you had missed the point completely of this article, or the video. If the video went viral, means that millions of people are watching it, so my question is: why do I need to what something if I'm not interested on it?
To me that is screaming for the need of people of having that freaking jack back, or at least to find out if it is possible...
And no, please this is indeed a prank, you drill the phone and you **** it up...The internal electronics were indeed removed...
But watching millions of people, looking for a way of finding the headphone jack, is not a joke...Hopefully Apple realized their mistake sooner or later...
BTW I use android phones..and I will never use any Apple product...this is one of the reasons, nobody force me to accept anything...period...

And I thought answering 'how do a I quit my group' in a video game chat with the answer 'Alt + F4' was funny...

@yRaz is right though... some people REALLY want a headphone jack.
I bet they'll bring it back under the name "iPhone Classic" or something and make gobs of money. They will be praised as innovative for bringing something back that never really went away in the first place.

It's a good thing that an Android phone manufacturer hasn't done the same and removed the headphone port. We would have literally millions of broken android phones as android users are considerably more likely to fall for such pranks. Fortunately the damage appears to have been limited to just a handful of bumpkins. I hear they are all reportedly choosing android now...

"But the 87,000 downvotes suggest there are at least some iPhone 7s now with DIY holes in them."
How so? Those downvotes may just suggest it's a dumb video, viral or not.
There is absolutely no evidence to support that even a single person tried this. Don't believe the hype.

Perhaps funnier if he had drilled a hole through the display and convinced users that it was a way to remove the "Slide To Unlock" screen.

Some people are convinced that drilling holes in their teeth are necessary.
absolutely, it is the only way to get out the surveillance devices they put in when I visit the dentist. It takes some skill drilling them out yourself at home though. Nothing you can't get through with the aid of some painkillers and a bottle of vodka

With over 10 million views and rising I wonder how much cash the dude has pulled in from the ads
