would RAND scientists like to explain the applications for all those gauges and the obviously undeniably necessary steering wheel, I'm sure they were intended for gaming.... something along the lines of "professional yacht captain 2005"

I think the entire image of this machine would have changed if they anticipated digital and optical storage solutions...





but really now, wtf is up w/the wheel? is it some sort of electric crank to power it.. what, did the RAND scientists count on all of Earth's power to disappear before 2004... or WAS it intended for gaming and (ahem) graphic :S applications... I'm trying to come to peace with this

hah i showed that pic to my it teacher a while ago and he went crazy "its a photoshop i can guarantee you its a photoshop" then he started rambling on about how he could prove it
