my cousin drew this soldier in PAINT and I added the film grain PS filter to it for depth, pretty decent if you ask me

thanks, he's been doing this since the beginning of time, I think I've gotten quite good using paint too, although I'd feel like an idiot posting my mediocre pictures

He should use Flash to draw pictures, they come out alot better in Vector
