This is how I made my laptop run cooler little longer. I used ATIccelerator II to do this.



If I set the core below 45 MHz, I get tearing when moving windows.



No problems and no visible slowdown in 2D (normal desktop work, playing videos etc.), I\\\'ll just have to remember to increase speed when playing 3D games.
