For games that really won't work with the Wiimote, there's the shell controller. Looks like a revamped SNES controller.
It was rumored the Wiimote would slide in & give it proper motion sensing functions (we'll see about that when I have one in my hand...).

Yeah I agree with you Didou, it does look similar to the SNES controller. It's like an old SNES controller combined with the Ipod, hahaha. What's with the name, Wii?
"Hey guys, lets go play on my Wii!"
Is it an Acronym for something? Because I really doubt that the name is going to catch on.

It's supposed to remind the word "We" & once you get tired of the 12 year old peepee jokes, the name sticks. It sure got Nintendo a hell of a lot of publicity anyways. I bet people who don't even play video games have heard about the Wii.
