Im not sure if anyone looked at the price tag... it says DM standing for Deutsche Marks. And right below that is the price in Euros... My guess would be this is somewhere in Germany around 1999-2001 since 2001 is when they switched over to Euros. I only know this because I was living there when it happened. I remember seeing those prices everywhere.
