Its not the space, its the performance. 150Gb raptors perform better than 75Gb ones. Data density and all that jazz.... besides, you'll need at least 3 for RAID 5, which IMO is the best RAID configuration if available, performance + data security, what more can you ask for!???

My Christ $7200 !!!!!!!!!!! U Probably paid $3200 of that for the Alienware name on the case. There is no reason that you needed to pay that much for that system. My guess it is a FX-62 system ? You could have done way better if you contacted somone with a decent know how about computers to slap one togeather for you. GIVE US THE SPECS PLEASE I WANT TO KNOW WHAT $7200 gets from Alienware

Dude my build will kill that..

And it was like around $600.

And as for your ram..I can go buy 3 more PC2-6400 1 gig sticks...And My board supports up to 16gigs bigdog...And As for the Video cards I'm not worried about it...But i can easily slap some $$$ down and get some 7950's.

$7200 for that!?!?!

You could have built something alot better then that for like $2000-3000

Too bad your $7200 is basicaly lost, Alienware do tend to get messed up over the years and since it's from a Dell Company if you ever want to upgrade you'll need to contact Dell just to see if a part could fit in since Dell uses these weird parts that are almost impossible to upgrade out of

I couldn't picture myself spending that kind of money, especialy when you could build it yourself for almost half the price, still sweet **** tho.
