Win 98 was the worst, it took about 1:30 minutes to load The Vampire Masquerade Redemption while Win 2000 took only about 20 sec on the same pc.

You just need an Intel with MMX on it with Win98 to get this... (The empty list because it wouldn't shut off)

I have win 98se and still using it.



That windows 98 is for my P4S533, P4 1.6, 256MB and 3dfx V3 3000 AGP. It only loads 54 seconds. that it. But on windows xp.... OMFG, 4 MINUTES. that nuts. Windows 2000 is only half of windows xp. I will just stick to 98. thanks

win 98se and 2000 and NT were very stable operating systems with very little problmes, i still have a lot of computers with 98se on them because it networks very well. Win95 is by far the worst operating system microsoft made. Constant IRQ and mouse and soundcard and cd and floppy problems.
