It's a bug with the QuickRate applet. When you click on one of the values, it automatically adds a comment with the TextBox which is empty since you didn't even have the time to write something.

I so got Doom3 as a present for christmas, too bad I have to play it on all low. I can only play with someone watching me cause I get freaked out when I play alone.
