You don't need fancy graphics - just not onboard, mobo chipset integrated, that's all. Vista can tell what your graphics capabilities are, and set itself accordingly. No need for a killer machine just to run Vista, I can assure you.

I like my machine to run without as much as a hickup, vista wont allow me to do that yet, not even with my specs.
