I can't remember where I got that from, probably from a friend. That would be cool if it was from FF7, as I just thought it was a picture & not an animation/movie.
I'm pretty sure it's from one of those sites like deviantart or digitalblasphemy, though.

it certainly LOOKS like FF7. the blue streaks at the bottom look like the life stream coming out to fight off the meteor.
