I hope I don't sound to stupid but... icons at the bottom of the screen ...

first it reminds me of a Mac layout but you have a Win icon. Which os is this and how did you do that? Hey we all have to learn somewhere

the OS is windows vista business 32 bit. i just cut and paste the icons at the bottom of the screen. its nothing special
