This is the power converter (top right), and the amp (bottom) to my sub. It is a Jensen 300 watt RMS amp. I have it connected to a 10" Sony sub from a home theater set. The converter converts AC power to DC power to work the amp. Too bad, the converter only puts out 3 amps on its 12v. So if the bass hits too hard, I have to turn the amp down to avoid overloading the converter.
