This is the power converter that provides the DC power to my amp. It only puts out 3 amps on 12v. I bought it at Radioshack for 40 bucks. It is by far better to just buy a surround sound system form Newegg!!!! But I already had the amp and the sub, so this was all I needed.

Haha yep, my room always was, until I got it repainted and moved around a bit. Nowhere near the dust now!
