My high speed Sympatico connection software is usually screwy with me, either It randomly tries to connect me to dial up or it just plain tries connecting me to the Internet when I already am to either a 10Mbps connection or 100Mbps connection, and now just recently its giving me 1.0Gbps!

I think they changed your bandwidth to a Gigabit Ethernet. i'm guessing this is is just a lan.
