I created this image with Fractal Forge. It was originally 28800x18000 pixels (stored as 25 smaller files, since my computer can't actually handle that kind of image), and took almost five hours to draw. I scaled it down to 1440x900, 400x antialiased, so there are none of those random bright pixels you tens to get from these. It was actually pretty ugly, so then I used GIMP to touch it up. I darkened the brown (which was originally more of an orange), made the blue stand out more, and added the yellow highlighting around the centre.
