I found this, on the second to last level on COD4, there is this computer in the underground launch control in the russian base, it is a cameo of the computer from the 1983 movie "WarGames" starring Mathew Brodrick as a computer nerd who hacks into the government's computer and takes control of it, the computer (called the WOPR, but it is self aware and calls itself Joshua), and he plays a game with it that is a nuclear war between the US and russia, but it turns out that the computer actually makes it all happen.



The one from the movie is in the bottom-left corner.

War Games was a Fabulous movie. Took me a second to recognize it, though.
