Well, I see it's called "Fort Bragg", which, after Googling, I found is a military installation.



There are other things that are even weirder : "Made in USA" !

And "Not FCC approved"



A motherboard isn't a motherboard if it's not made in Taiwan !



Apart from that we can see a cheapo Sigmatel AC'97 codec and an LVDS port.

a design board for mobile applications

if you are doing programming this is used as test bed to run apps on

bios is unlocked this board was not sold as a retail board

yes fort bragg is this military installation my dad was stationed at(good ol' North Carolina), and ive personally seen one of these boards its great
